With a specialization in aircraft and helicopter controls, weapon controls, servovalves, and product support, Marshall has extensive expertise in engineering leadership covering mechanical, electrical, software, manufacturing, NC programming, and test engineering.

His proficiency extends to product life cycle management, Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), technology development, new product design and qualification, technical marketing, and new business capture.
