He is the founding principal and president of Property Condition Assessments, LLC (PCA), a leading provider of due diligence services in the institutional marketplace in the United States.

Mr. Luna's expertise lies in acquisitions, dispositions, finance transactions, management, construction management, third-party review, and oversight. His background in commercial real estate investment, development, construction, and marketing has equipped him with a profound understanding of his clients' transactional objectives, enabling him to maximize their ROI.

He studied Business Administration/Real Estate Development at the University of Southern California and also attended Downey High. Throughout his career, Mr. Luna held key positions such as Vice President, Marketing at Building Analytics and Broker at Norris, Beggs & Simpson, showcasing his versatile skill set and experience in the industry.
