John Lawrence

John Lawrence is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in venture capital and private equity investing. He graduated with a BA in Accounting and a minor in English from Assumption University before going on to obtain his MBA in Finance from Suffolk University's Sawyer School of Management. Before joining Longworth Venture Partners as a Partner and CFO, John served as an AVP of Finance at Asahi/America, Inc. and as an Experienced Senior at ARTHUR ANDERSEN (Official).

Throughout his career, John has been recognized for his expertise in finance, compliance, and accounting. He served as the Chief Financial Officer; Chief Compliance Officer at Palladin Consumer Retail Partners, LLC, and as Chief Financial Officer at MassVentures. Additionally, John served as an Adjunct Instructor in Accountancy for the MBA program at Bentley University.

Currently, John is the Managing Member of L4 Financial. In this capacity, he provides financial consulting services to early-stage technology firms, venture capital funds, and private equity firms. His expertise in venture capital and private equity enables him to help startups secure funding and navigate complex business transactions.
