John Kerns is a seasoned agriculture industry professional with a deep-rooted passion for the business. Being raised in a third-generation farming family, he learned the nuts and bolts of the agricultural sector right from a young age. He watched as the industry underwent shifts, adapting to changing market trends and demands. Eager to develop further proficiency, John studied Agricultural Business and Management at Oregon State University and landed an internship with Thomas Angus Ranch. Post this stint, he has managed the family's commercial cattle ranch, and currently serves as the Cow Herd Manager at Thomas Angus Ranch.

Over the years, John has honed skills in large ranch management, breeding, genetics, general husbandry, marketing, general sales, and international trade.
