He has led engagements for high-profile clients such as Walmart, American Airlines, Verizon, and more. John has a deep knowledge of platforms such as SAP Hybris, Adobe Experience Manager, WebSphere Commerce Suite, and many more. He is a Digital Portfolio and Delivery Lead at Accenture Interactive and has previously held positions at Razorfish, SysIQ, Inc., Pegasystems, and IBM.
