He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisville, providing him with a strong educational foundation for his career in the energy and sustainability sector.

Currently, John Hoekstra serves as the Global Vice President of Sustainability, Cleantech & NEO Network Services at Schneider Electric Energy & Sustainability Services. Prior to this role, he held the position of Director of Sustainability & Cleantech Services at the same company, showcasing his commitment and expertise in the industry.

Before his tenure at Schneider Electric, John accumulated valuable experience in energy management and engineering. He worked as a Client Energy Manager at Summit Energy, a Project Engineer at O'Brien & Gere, and also contributed to Environmental Affairs at Dell Computer.
