John Giordano

John Giordano is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance, accounting, M&A activities, venture capital, and operations. He studied Finance at Boston College, earning a summa cum laude distinction. Additionally, he participated in Honeywell's Financial Development Program, where he learned key skills in accounting, financial planning, financial controls, and taxes.

Throughout his career, John has held various executive positions in different organizations, most notably as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at WebCT, Inc. and President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Peritus Software Services, Inc. At Link Equity Partners, LLC, he served as the Managing Director, where he leveraged his expertise in venture capital and M&A activities.

Apart from his experience in the corporate world, John has also been actively involved in organizational leadership, serving as a member and former Chairperson of the Pension Plan Board of Trustees at Archdiocese of Boston. He was also a former Member of the Lay Benefit Plans Board of Trustees and the Retirement Committee for 401K Plan at the Archdiocese of Boston.

John is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in finance, accounting, venture capital, and operations.
