John Gaddis

John Gaddis is a Partner at Koenig, Oelsner, Taylor, Schoenfeld & Gaddis PC (KO Law Firm), based in Longmont, Colorado.1 His practice focuses on corporate and business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, company formations, public offerings, strategic alliances, and general corporate representation.13
