Hexaware is a leading multi-national IT, consulting and BPO support services organization with offices throughout the US, Latin America, Middle East, UK and India. Hexaware employs 9000 people across the globe and has extensive experience over more than two decades in software support, HRIS, BPO services (multiple industries) and several other verticals.

Responsible for billing operations providing Revenue Management for 105 client sites and approximately 1800 physicians throughout the United States. Supported the conversion of all clients to new EPM system (NextGen) and transforming operational structure to a blended onshore/offshore functional model. My leadership focused on accountability, operational improvements, staff development, customer service, financial accountability and results acheived through data driven execution.

Responsible for operations centers in Bangalore, Chennai and Trichy India. Managed enterprise consisting of over 3500 employees working in medical revenue cycle management for U.S. based doctors. The operation is growing at an incredible pace and is now the leader in India in the RCM domain. The focus was on continued efficiency gains and process excellence to enable sustainable and profitable growth.

Responsibilities and accomplishments included developing a robust compliance training program that had succeeded in multiple regulatory agency inspections over 4 years with no related observations of any kind. Achieved a solid record of cost savings amounting to over $3.3 million over 5 years through efficiency gains and the establishment of functional best practices. The function was certified Class A by Oliver Wight and Associates in 2009 and the focus on OE methods and LEAN continued to add value and savings to the organization as a whole. Able to establish training as a contributing factor to the overall success of manufacturing operations and its most important asset, its people!

Led organization focused on data management and claims processing for revenue cycle management operations. Responsible for offshore outsourcing solution for medical coding and other BPO services to increase profitability. Designed and implemented communications, training, and quality methodologies for offshore relationship. •	Oversaw process improvement objectives, keying on productivity improvement and a lean business model. Developed and executed trend analysis focusing on areas where process efficiencies and improvements could be gained.

Senior Project Manager for site IT projects at the Integrated Defense System headquarters in Seal Beach. Developed solutions to deliver technical/operational understanding in conjunction with site-wide technology revisions. Designed and project managed the development of data gathering for IT user community preceding major technology platform rollout. Member of enterprise steering committee for all desktop computing standards and practices (Integrated Defense Systems, Desktop Management Team). Member of IDS Best Practices Team aimed at company-wide IT cost savings and process uniformity and optimization. Focus was on controls and quality in software solution development offshore.
