John Franklin

John Franklin is a communications professional with a Bachelor's degree from Adelphi University, graduating in May 2014.

Currently, John works at MetTel, a reputable NYC-based telecommunications/tech company, in the Strategic Engagement & Transformation Team as an Operations/Data Analyst.

In his role, John oversees the operations and manages a 10-person SET team, takes the lead in planning major client events across various markets like NYC, Dallas, Palm Springs, Scottsdale, and Atlanta, and handles data preparation for enterprise business reviews & technical meetings using Tableau and SSRS reports.

With a background in event coordination, John has contributed to producing highlight reels for corporate events like Miami 2019, Palm Springs 2018, and Scottsdale 2017.

Previously, John held positions at MetTel including Chief of Staff/Operations Manager, Manager- Strategic Engagement & Transformation, and Strategic Engagement & Transformation Operations Analyst.

Before MetTel, John gained experience as an Intern/Online Journalist at Patch.com, Manager at Aqua Management Co., and as a Student Worker in Business Affairs at Adelphi University.
