John Ferguson

John Ferguson is the President for CBRE's Southeast Division, overseeing operations in 13 markets including Atlanta, Nashville, Washington, D.C., and others.

With a focus on market leadership, client relationships, new business development, and sales and people management, he embodies CBRE's RISE values of Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excellence.

Throughout his career, John has achieved numerous accolades including serving as Co-Chair at CBRE Americas Strategy Group, receiving CBRE Presidents Performance Awards, and being part of various leadership programs.

He is actively involved in professional affiliations such as the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and holds community leadership roles at Trinity Presbyterian Church.

John's spare time activities include golfing, vacationing with his family, and supporting the Georgia Bulldogs along with his fellow UGA alumni family.
