John Feketekuty

John Feketekuty is the Co-Chief Investment Officer (Co-CIO) at the Montgomery County Employee Retirement Plans (MCERP), a role he has held since June 2017. In this capacity, he plays a crucial role in managing the real asset portfolio, which constitutes 31% of the total plan assets across both public and private markets. His responsibilities include refining the due diligence process for investments, managing private equity and private debt portfolios, and overseeing the implementation of hedge fund strategies, notably partnering with Blackstone for a custom fund solution.12

Feketekuty holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is based in the Washington DC-Baltimore area. His educational background includes studies at Georgetown University, specifically at the McDonough School of Business.2
