John Fant

John Fant is a Vice President at Peraton, leading the growth of their Space, Intelligence & Cyber sector.

He has extensive experience in executive P&L and business development roles within defense and intelligence firms, specializing in computer network operations, cybersecurity, electronic warfare, and special mission programs.

With a background in the U.S. Navy, John has served in both aviation and intelligence assignments from 1997-2005.

Currently, he holds the position of Chair of the Technology and Innovation Council for the Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA) and is involved in the INSA Advisory Committee.

John also serves as an Advisor to start-up cybersecurity companies through the Mach37 Cyber Accelerator Program and is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors.

He is a highly educated professional holding an MBA and M.A. from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The Citadel.

Additionally, John has completed certificate programs in Mergers & Acquisitions from the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School and Managing Technical Professionals and Organizations from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management.
