John Ennis is an accomplished business development professional with a strong record of success in the defense industry. With more than 30 years of experience serving US DoD customers, he has developed an extensive network of relationships and a deep understanding of the needs and priorities of military customers. Ennis has held key positions at top defense companies, including Elbit Systems of America, where he currently works as Business Development Manager for Night Vision, and Harris Corporation, where he previously served as Business Development Manager. Ennis also has experience in program and capture management, as well as distribution sales. He is known for his ability to develop customer-specific solutions and build lasting relationships with industry partners.
Ennis has a demonstrated skill in implementing capture plans, win strategies, and budgets, with a keen understanding of military customers' requirements, hot buttons, and issues.
