    John Enders is an accomplished cross-functional risk and operations leader with extensive experience in compliance and regulatory engagement, process re-engineering, operations and change management, policy, governance, sales, and vendor management. Enders started his career at General Electric, where he gained extensive global leadership and process improvement experience through Six Sigma assignments in finished product sourcing, supply chain, and production management. Afterward, Enders joined Bank of America in May 2001 and held leadership roles in risk, compliance, and regulatory management. He has held COO roles in Information Security and Bank of America’s Enterprise Independent Testing function. Enders was most recently the Business Control Executive for Consumer, Small Business, and Wealth Management Operations responsible for driving the consistency and sustainability of risk management practices across 9 operating units and 40,000 employees in support of business activities ranging from fraud management and collections to mortgage and retirement services operations. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and has Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and International Studies from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Southern California. He is also a founding partner at Dextrus Advisory.
