John Dudley is a seasoned talent acquisition leader and professional services expert with a demonstrated history of success in full life cycle recruiting and team development. With a drive for diversity and globalization, John has honed his ability to configure and implement applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring top tier talent for businesses he's worked with.

John began his career as the State & Local Governments Sales Manager at Motorola, but quickly moved through the ranks as a Regional Sales Manager at EDS, Principal at Synergy Solutions, and Regional Sales Manager at Modis. He went on to hold various titles at major consulting firms, including Recruiting Manager, Advisory Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Associate Director at Ernst & Young. Most recently, John served as the MENA Recruitment Leader at EY and was responsible for driving talent acquisition in a global market.

John holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Saint John Fisher College.
