With over 15 years of experience, John has worked with leaders across the globe, specializing in enhancing effectiveness and inclusivity in multi-cultural business environments in Greater China and Asia.

Certified in 12 industry-standard cross-cultural tools, John brings a wealth of expertise in assessments and training courses for academic and business settings.

Drawing on his multi-cultural background, having lived in nine countries and being fluent in English, Mandarin, and Italian, John offers a unique perspective and valuable insights to his clients.

Co-founding Sino-Associates in 2009, John has collaborated with clients from diverse backgrounds to develop global cultures and foster intercultural skills through his program 'From Local to Global ™'.

As a trained socio-cultural anthropologist, John utilizes his educational background in research to support companies in Greater China Employee Engagement projects, offering analysis and feedback across various sectors.

John Dorris holds a High School Degree from Eisenhower Sr. High and studied Anthropology and Socio Cultural studies at the University of Oklahoma. His professional journey includes leadership roles at ALTEC Training Centers, Ginkgo Associates, ClarkMorgan Corporate Training, Pro-Way, and Nova Group.
