John Dorost

John Dorost is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in credit risk management, investment banking, and leadership.

Currently serving as a Director within Wholesale Credit at Bank of America, John oversees a team of Credit Analysts and manages large corporate accounts in the consumer and retail sector.

With prior experience as a Vice President at Credit Suisse in Credit Risk Management, John covered North American consumer and retail sectors as well as industrial and chemical corporates.

His expertise includes leveraged finance, credit analysis, underwriting, portfolio management, and structuring, with a deep understanding of debt, M&A, and equity products.

Educationally, John holds an MBA from NYU Stern with a specialization in Corporate Finance, Accounting, and Global Business, as well as a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Before his career in banking, John served in the Army for 6 years, achieving the rank of Captain and receiving a Bronze Star Medal for his service in Iraq during two deployments.
