Having led successful ICS/OT cybersecurity consulting practices at well-known firms like exida and aeSolutions, John has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills in driving growth and profitability.

His expertise extends to performing ICS cybersecurity vulnerability and risk assessments across various industries, complying with NIST, ISA/IEC 62443, and NERC CIP standards.

John is credited with developing the globally recognized CyberPHA methodology for conducting risk assessments of ICS and safety systems, now trademarked as aeCyberPHA® by his team at aeSolutions.

As a thought leader in the ICS cybersecurity realm, he played key roles in initiatives like the ISASecure™ certification scheme, development of ICS cybersecurity courses and certificate programs, and the ISA/IEC 62443-3-2 standard for IACS Security Risk Assessment & Design.

Currently serving as the lead of aeSolutions' Industrial Cybersecurity division, John oversees a team of 20+ specialists offering a wide range of ICS cybersecurity services to Fortune 500 multinational clients, including aeCyberPHA®, cybersecurity program development, testing, risk assessments, network security solutions, product evaluation, and training.

John's educational background includes a BSEE in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Clarkson University and a Masters of Business Administration from La Salle University - School of Business Administration.
