John Coleman is a well-rounded individual who has had a diverse range of experiences in multiple fields. With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Theology from Calvin College and a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Chicago, John has worked as a Clinical Therapist Intern at Presence Health and a former Social Worker at Lutheran Social Services of Illinois. He has spent time volunteering as a Community Development Volunteer for the Peace Corps, and has experience as a Field Data Collector for various organizations such as the US Census Bureau and Chapin Hall at the University of Chicago. Additionally, John has worked as a Server and Crew Member and has had various roles in the education system, including being a Teacher at Hidden Talents Academy of Nairobi and a Classroom Teacher Assistant for the National Head Start Association.

John's most recent position as a Software Development Engineer at PagerDuty is a testament to his versatility as a professional. Outside of work, he enjoys taking on physical challenges as an IRONMAN Finisher and spending time in social work, most recently with UCAN in Chicago.
