John Clark

John Clark, a veteran with a nearly 50-year career in social housing, has recently retired and started taking his pensions. With expertise in housing management, finance, development, and resident participation, he has worked and held positions at multiple housing associations and co-operative housing services. He has also been a board member, senior manager, and front-line worker. Mr. Clark is a graduate of University College London and holds a Diploma in Housing Management, ranking nationally in part 1 at the Nalgo Correspondence Institute.

Throughout his career, Mr. Clark's focus has centered around his mission of achieving more and better affordable homes, along with supporting people's fairness, justice, and well-being. His primary goal while serving in various roles was always to provide better services and support to others rather than doing things to or for them. With his versatile expertise, Mr. Clark is also proficient in writing and financial modeling.
