John Cipperly

John Cipperly is a program manager with over a decade of experience in governance, anti-corruption, and Rule of Law. He has led programs and conducted research in Eastern Europe, Latin America, and Sub-Saharan Africa with oversight responsibility for more than 25 million USD annually. He is particularly interested in social science research and political economy analysis surrounding corruption, transparency, administration of justice, citizen security, rights and access to services, and civic education. Cipperly studied International Relations at The Johns Hopkins University, Sociology of Law at Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea, as well as Linguistics and Hispanic Studies at William & Mary. He is currently a Senior Program Manager at the National Center for State Courts.
