John Charles

Meet John Charles, an accomplished aerospace engineer with experience at both GE Aviation and Honeywell Aerospace. Graduating from Iowa State University with a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering, John is a skilled engineer with a passion for expanding his knowledge and expertise. He specializes in designing and testing aircraft models, navigation and guidance systems for aircraft, writing and debugging automated test scripts, and working in teams across multiple locations to complete projects.

John's education background includes studying at Herscher High School and earning an Associate of Science degree in Engineering Science at Kankakee Community College before earning a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering at Iowa State University.

In addition to his work as an Aerospace Engineer, John has held a variety of positions including Software Quality Test Specialist at GE Aviation, Service Associate at Borders, Technical Assistant at Midwest Balance Company, and Landscaper at Real Estate 100.

John's engineering experience has involved using industry-standard software such as Solidworks and AutoCAD for graphic design, as well as ANSYS 14.0 and STAR-CCM+ engineering simulation software. With his diverse background and expertise, John is a valuable member of any team and always ready to tackle the most challenging projects.
