John Casterline

John Casterline is a seasoned legal professional with a diverse background in various areas of law and corporate environments.

As the General Counsel for WTS International, LLC, a global design, consulting, and management company in the leisure and hospitality industries, he oversees all legal matters, including contracts, litigation, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property.

Prior to his current role, John operated as a solo practitioner in Virginia, providing legal services in small business formation, civil litigation, non-profit law, criminal defense, and estate planning.

Before that, he worked as an Associate at Three Bridges Law, specializing in small business development, estate planning, non-profit formation, and legislative and regulatory research.

During his tenure at Travelex, John gained valuable experience in corporate regulatory affairs, ensuring compliance with state money transmitter laws and regulations, while working under the General Counsel.

His expertise includes contract drafting and negotiation, risk management, regulatory compliance, human resources administration, strategic planning, civil litigation, legal research, estate planning, and audit preparation.

Educationally, John holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and a B.A. in Philosophy and Sociology from Virginia Tech.

He is admitted to practice law in Virginia and is an active member of the Virginia State Bar.
