John Wills

John C. Wills is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and President/CEO of FLI, a company that assists clients in evaluating tactical and strategic plans, enhancing employee and customer productivity, and achieving returns on investments.

With over 40 years of experience, John specializes in international strategic and tactical planning, sales, marketing, project management, business consulting, software design and development, and performance system design.

He holds a B.S. from San Diego State University-California State University and has pursued graduate studies at Wayne State University, with additional educational background from Helix High School and Midwestern State University.

John has held various key positions in multiple prestigious organizations like IBM Corporation, Catalyst Interactive, IQVIA, Microsoft Corporation, and Fortune 1000 Companies, showcasing his diverse expertise in management consulting and project management.

His extensive professional journey includes roles as Director/General Manager at Tratec-McGraw Hill, Vice President at Tratec, Incorporated, Director of Sales and Technical Education at Burroughs, Inc., Captain/Data Automation Officer in the US Air Force, and Assistant Controller at Del Mar Turf Club.

John has also contributed to Ming Mai Gallery, LLC and gained experience as a Lifeguard and Swimming Instructor at Boy Scouts of America, exhibiting a well-rounded professional background.
