John Bostain

John Bostain is a highly accomplished law enforcement trainer and former police officer with over two decades of experience in the field. Throughout his career, he has trained more than 15,000 law enforcement professionals at every level, developing innovative and evidence-based solutions to some of the most pressing contemporary issues in policing. As the President of Command Presence Training, he works closely with police executives and training coordinators to identify agency training needs, and provide practical and effective tools to enhance community engagement, officer safety, and public safety. His dynamic and engaging approach to training, which eschews the traditional "death by PowerPoint" style, utilizes brain-based learning methodologies, to ensure maximum learning and retention.
