John Blaschke

John Blaschke is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Care Synergy, a nonprofit organization that supports home health, palliative, and hospice care providers in Colorado. He has nearly 20 years of experience in information systems management, process improvement, and customer service, particularly within managed care organizations and provider markets. Blaschke joined Care Synergy in October 2015 as its first CIO, where he is responsible for developing a robust IT platform to support the organization’s community-based hospice providers as they adapt to the competitive healthcare landscape.12

Before his tenure at Care Synergy, Blaschke worked for over 13 years at TriZetto Corporation, a healthcare IT solutions firm, where he held roles including Associate Vice President and General Manager. His experience also includes significant IT consulting work at Accenture, focusing on system integration and technology deployment for health insurers. Blaschke holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Colorado College and a Master's degree in Public Health with an emphasis in Health Policy & Management from UCLA.12

He resides in Littleton, Colorado, with his family.1
