John Bergen

John Bergen is a co-founder of Society Consulting, which he led as President to become the nation's largest digital analytics consulting company with over 200 enterprise clients before its acquisition by Ernst & Young in 2016.

Under his leadership, Society Consulting received multiple awards for quality, growth, and employee experience, including recognitions such as Forbes List of America's Best Management Consulting Companies, Consulting Magazine's Fastest-Growing Consulting Companies, and Seattle Business Magazine's Best Places to Work.

John's role as President involved oversight of all aspects of the company, with a focus on Operations and Recruiting functions, setting ambitious goals, and implementing operating metrics and processes to drive continuous improvement.

Apart from his professional achievements, John has a passion for building top-tier business teams and also engages in endurance sports like Ironman Triathlons, Ultraman Championships, and the Race Across America, showcasing his commitment to pushing boundaries and achieving new heights.

John Bergen's education background includes studying Biology at Western Washington University, and he has held key roles in organizations like EY wavespace, where he serves as Partner/Principal, and Society Consulting where he was President and Co-founder.
