John Allen is a versatile professional with a keen interest in the intersection of finance and technology. With a B.S.B.A in Finance and Entrepreneurship from The Ohio State University, he has used his knowledge to build a successful career in business, product management, and innovation. John has honed his skills by studying at the Hult Prize Accelerator in London and the Reinsurance Study Abroad Program in Zurich, Switzerland.

His career took off when he joined the National Bank of Abu Dhabi (now First Abu Dhabi Bank) as a Global Markets Analyst. The exposure he gained in the banking sector gave him a unique perspective on how businesses function, leading him to venture into innovation management. John served as an Innovation Analyst at Singularity University and then moved on to Horizon Two Labs as a Product Manager, where he led the development of several innovative products.

John also co-founded Lava, a startup that democratizes music creation by enabling users to create original music with ease. His passion for empowering human creativity aligns well with Lava's vision.
