    John Albrecht, a native of rural northern Indiana, is a passionate architect and co-founder of DKGR, an innovative design studio in Indianapolis.

    John's journey began with his architectural design studies at Ball State University, where he graduated in 2000 before venturing into the industry and later establishing DKGR in 2010.

    DKGR's work encompasses a wide array of architecture, master planning, interior design, and environmental graphic projects, with a focus on simplicity, thoughtfulness, and uniqueness.

    John has spearheaded design initiatives across various sectors, from public and private to retail, urban planning, adaptive re-use, and interior design, culminating in notable projects like HqO at 16Tech, High Alpha's headquarters at Bottleworks, and Number 15 Entertainment Venue in Louisville.
