Johannes Birgmeier

Johannes Birgmeier is a talented individual with a strong academic background and a wealth of experience in both research and industry.

Starting his career as a quantitative researcher at Citadel Securities in 2020, Johannes previously pursued his Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science at Stanford University until 2019.

During his time at Stanford, he focused on developing machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP) algorithms aimed at automated diagnosis of rare diseases in children.

Prior to his doctoral studies, Johannes conducted research in software verification at the Vienna University of Technology, where he specialized in creating algorithms to ensure bug-free software.

His practical experience includes internships in software engineering at Siemens, where he worked on various software projects for radar boxes and on-board units for trucks, and at Raiffeisen Bausparkasse bank, where he was involved in constructing a customer data warehouse.

Johannes Birgmeier holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science from Stanford University, a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science from Technsiche Universität Wien, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science, also from Technische Universität Wien.
