Johanna Tysk
Systems-oriented/transdisciplinary designer
Johanna Tysk is a systems-oriented designer with a focus on developing frameworks for learning to facilitate co-creation in response to complex social and environmental challenges.
She currently works part-time as a research engineer at Linköping University, supporting 'The Researching City' project in Helsingborg, focusing on resident-driven innovation and transformative learning.
Johanna also runs her own company, KOKO Labs, offering freelance services in systems innovation for social and environmental sustainability with clients like Vinnova and Sustainable Helsingborg.
She holds an MFA in Transdisciplinary Design from Parsons School of Design and has a strong background in graphic design, art, and community innovation.
Her education includes studies at Tensta Gymnasium, Konstfack, Savannah College of Art and Design, and Stockholm University.
Throughout her career, Johanna has held diverse roles such as faculty at Parsons School of Design, Change Maker in Residence, and Creative Director at various organizations.
