Johanna Bloom is a highly accomplished professional with experience spanning art, archaeology, and corporate business. A graduate of Princeton University, with a focus on Art and Archaeology, Johanna has since gone on to excel in numerous high-profile roles across a variety of organizations. She currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at M N D F L, and is a former Founder of Work With Balance. These positions have given Johanna the opportunity to hone her skills as a strategic leader and develop a deep understanding of corporate culture. Prior to this, she was Executive Director, Client Strategy Office at UBS Wealth Management and Director at UBS Wealth Management. She started her career as part of the Graduate Training Program at UBS Wealth Management. Throughout her career, Johanna has consistently demonstrated her ability to drive results, build relationships, and navigate complex organizational challenges.
