Growth and Partner Manager

Mediapalnet is the market leader in Content Marketing. Campaign planning & development for multi-platform media that is distributed online, via national newspapers and other relevant industry channels. 

As a Business Developer at Mediaplanet we are balancing between key account relations, developing new ideas, active coaching and operational management.
Responsible for a team of project managers and their execution and delivery of Content Marketing campaigns. I'm responsible for new recruitments as well as training and coaching of individual team members.

- I'm responsible for the whole team's budget and performance on quarterly and annual basis.
- I'll secure short-term income and long-term profitability by developing titles, generate sales, coaching and developing new and existing project managers in sales, Mediaplanet's complete product concepts and processes and create and implement a financial plan.
- Conduct research on new and existing titles, focusing on financial opportunities and linking them to appropriate events, awareness campaigns or initiatives from the industry.

Business Developer

A Project Manager at Mediaplanet you manage your own content marketing campaigns. The role is autonomous, highly demanding and sales-focused.

As a project manager I develop projects, campaigns in print and digital, from idea to finished product. I am solely responsible for ad sales and manage the sales process from prospecting and advanced concepts sales, closing and project management. In addition to financing the product, I have the responsibility to build up the editorial content, find relevant interviewees, have contact with our freelance journalists and ensure that all images, advertisements and texts are received in time for the distribution.

I worked as a communicator of the school's trademarks. My main tasks consisted of creating confidence, achieve organizational goals, develop the brand and build relationships to our target group. It could be relationships with candidates, employees, partners and students. Overall, I would plan, design, deploy, assess and manage the information and communication efforts

My target audience consisted mostly of students, and my responsibility was to communicate Thorensgruppens brands to the students. I definened and analyzed the audience based on our brands, which consisted of various schools.

PS Communication is leading within the field of Brand Experience in the Nordic-Baltic region.

I worked on a internship as a project assistant in an event group. The project team consisted of five Project managers, where I assisted all the different projects simultaneously. The tasks are varied and can range anywhere from research and administration to implementations of events or participation at sales meetings and presentations.

My role at PS Communication included assisting on various projects but also individual responsibility on a wide range of smaller projects. My main task was planning and research in preparation of upcoming projects but also managing exhibitions and fieldwork. As a project assistant recruiting, time-reporting as well as preparation of smaller budgets was part of my everyday work.
