Johan Braw

Johan Braw is a Swedish professional with extensive experience in leadership, law, and real estate. He served as the CEO of Hem1 Sydost AB from February 2021 to May 2022 and was previously the CEO of Sölvesborgshem AB, a public housing company, from January 2013 to January 2021.13 Johan holds a law degree (jur.kand) and currently runs his consultancy firm, J Braw AB, which provides management and legal support to municipalities, regions, and real estate companies.245

In addition to his corporate roles, Johan has been involved in innovative initiatives such as promoting digital solutions in public housing and developing methods for social sustainability in rental properties. He is also a part-time professional soldier (GSS/T) with the Swedish Armed Forces.125
