Joeri Kabalt

Joeri Kabalt is a professional dedicated to cultivating wonder in the workplace, emphasizing attention, curiosity, beauty, and potential in unlikely places. With a background in Organisational Change and Public Administration, Joeri completed his doctoral research on practices nurturing wonder in everyday and organizational life. His expertise lies in designing and leading change interventions, leadership programs, and supporting the growth of fellow practitioners through teaching and writing about his experiences. Joeri's academic journey includes a Doctorate in Organisational Change from Hult Ashridge, an MSc in Research in Public Administration and Organizational Science, a BA in Public Administration and Organizational Science from Utrecht University, and completed Vwo in Economie en Maatschappij at Jac P Thijsse College. Previously, Joeri has held roles such as Thesis Supervisor and Master Begeleidingskunde teacher at Hogeschool Rotterdam, Consultant, Facilitator, Researcher at Kessels & Smit - The Learning Company, and worked on the research project 'Curacao, our nation' at Universiteit Utrecht.
