Joelle holds an MSC in Media and Communications, specializing in Communication and Media Studies from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). She also pursued a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs at Lebanese American University, further enriching her educational background.

Throughout her career, Joelle Eid has held key roles in esteemed organizations. Currently serving as the Strategic Communications Lead at Global Executive Leadership Initiative, she has also worked as a Campaigns and social mobilization consultant at UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, and as a Strategic Communications Consultant - Global Impact at Portland.

Joelle's passion for effective communication is evident through her various roles, including being a Guest Speaker on 'Why Stories Matter' at TEDxLSE and a Communications Consultant/Spokesperson at World Food Programme. Her diverse experiences also include producing the film 'Telling the Human Story: Reporting Refugees from Lebanon' at LSE and covering the Syria crisis as a Communications Officer/Spokesperson at World Food Programme.
