Some of his notable roles include serving as the former General Counsel and Head of People at MANTL, former US Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel at Monzo Bank, former General Counsel at Acorns, and former General Counsel, Head of Finance & Operations at Float Finance.

Prior to these roles, Joel Tashjian was also involved in the political and consulting realms, having worked as a Principal Consultant at the Committee on Appropriations, California State Assembly, and as a Political Director and Senior Policy Advisor at the United States Congress for Brad Sherman.
