Prior to this, he worked as a Principal Product Manager - Apps at Oracle and as a Senior Product Manager - Platform at Eloqua. Joel has worked as a Product Consultant and Product Specialist at Eloqua and has also worked at Holland America and Wanted Technologies in various positions.

Joel's skills include marketing technology implementation, data analysis, product management, and solution engineering. He is a quick study of emerging marketing technologies and keeps adding new skills to his toolset. He has worked with many marketers across B2B and B2C businesses to design and implement marketing technologies that provide data-driven insights to accelerate growth.
