Joel Reyes, M.Sc. is a highly accomplished professional with an impressive educational background. He studied at prestigious institutions such as Harvard University, Rutgers University, and the University of Massachusetts Amherst, among others. Reyes has degrees in Executive Education, Industrial and Labour Relations Management, Negotiations, Arbitration, and Conflict Resolutions Management, Labour, Industry, and Organization Studies, and Applied Industrial Engineering Technology, among others.

Reyes is also a certified Human Lift Systems expert and Industrial Piping Systems specialist through apprenticeship programs he completed at the National Elevator Industry Education Program (NEIEP) and The United Association (UA), respectively.

He has also achieved a Diploma in Visual Communications Design Technologies, Industrial and Commercial Art from Joseph P. Keefe Technical School.
