Joel Moyer is a seasoned professional with over two decades of leadership experience in the senior living industry. He has successfully owned and managed over 20 memory care communities and held the prestigious position of President of the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Assisted Living Association.

With a strong background in technology, Joel has been instrumental in the implementation of Electronic Health Record (EHR) and electronic Medication Administration Record (eMAR) solutions across numerous locations nationwide. He is known for his expertise in leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiencies and quality of care.

Joel is currently affiliated with the M3 Senior Living and Social Services practice group, specializing in catering to the insurance and risk management needs of businesses across various stages of life care. By partnering with complementary service providers, Joel ensures that businesses can focus on delivering top-notch care while he manages their insurance and risk-related requirements.

He pursued his Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, highlighting his commitment to continued education and professional development.

In addition to his current role, Joel has held key positions such as Executive Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at ECP and Account Executive at M3 Insurance. He has also been actively involved in various organizations and initiatives, including serving as a former Board Member, Volunteer Instructor, and President at the Wisconsin Assisted Living Association.
