Joel Mandujano is a staffing manager at Alliance College-Ready Public Schools with a background in education and a passion for human resources and talent acquisition.

With over six years of experience as a teacher, Joel transitioned to the realm of human resources and talent acquisition in 2019, where he discovered his love for people management.

In his current role, Joel has spearheaded various initiatives such as leading the referral program, partnering with multiple schools for staffing needs, offering personalized support to employees affected by resource realignments, and heading university recruitment.

Having pursued a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern California and holding a Bachelor's degree in Feminist Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara, Joel combines his educational background with his professional expertise.

Joel is driven by the goal of increasing diversity in the technology industry by advocating for underrepresented groups like people of color, LGBT individuals, women, and marginalized communities.
