He has served as a leader and executive overseeing sales, delivery, operations, and strategy for technology (IT) in areas such as professional services, consulting, staffing, permanent placement, and offshoring.

Joel's expertise extends beyond IT to teams focused on Finance & Accounting, Creative/Digital, Healthcare IT, and Engineering.

Currently, he holds the role of EVP & Chief Strategy Officer for the Randstad Technologies Group in the US, where he is dedicated to building teams, nurturing leaders, and supporting the workforce and clients to realize their goals.

Joel Leege pursued his education with a Master’s Degree in Human Resources & Labor Relations from Michigan State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Studies from the University of Iowa.
