Joël has held various key roles in different organizations, including CEO & Founder at Realgrowthhacking and positions at Beekeeper, where he served as Head of Growth, Global Outbound Lead Gen- & Growth Manager, and EMEA Lead Gen- & Growth Manager.

Prior to his current ventures, Joël gained experience as an Investment Analyst in Venture Capital at PolytechEcosystem Ventures, as well as being the Founder of Spotyourstudent (sold) and working as a Finance Assistant at WimmoG AG.

His diverse professional journey showcases his expertise in growth strategies, entrepreneurship, venture capital, and finance.
