Joel Kline

Joel Kline is an accomplished executive with over two decades of experience in financial services and healthcare. He has a proven track record of driving bottom-line results through effective leadership, team building, and mentorship. Kline is a results-driven leader who has helped cross-functional teams achieve their goals through strategic planning, cost control, and continuous process improvement. He has expertise in product development, revenue and market share growth, vendor management, budgeting, and P&L accountability. Kline is a specialist in SCRUM, project management, relationship management, policy and procedure design, and implementation. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on management and operations from Arizona State University. Kline is currently the Manager and President of NSG Services, LLC, and has held previous leadership roles at Casa Buena HOA, Boyce & Associates, Carewise Health, Beneco, Karl Strauss Brewing Company, and Synergy Plus, Inc.
