Joel Kass
Joel Kass is a versatile professional with experience in central banking, finance, and strategy. He holds a Master's Certificate in Central Banking and Financial Regulation Economics from the University of Warwick Warwick Business School, as well as a degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Surrey.
Kass began his career at the Bank of England, where he served as a New Banks Supervisor and later as a UKDT Supervisor. He then transitioned to the private sector, where he became a Brand Manager at Camp America and a Central Finance employee at UMGB: Universal Music Group & Brands. After that, he served as the Global Authorizations Manager and later as the Senior Global Authorizations Manager at Revolut, a fintech company. Kass now works as the Bank Strategy and Development Lead at Revolut.
Outside of the workplace, Kass enjoys coaching tennis and has worked as both a Tennis Coach at Surrey Sports Park and a Tennis Specialist Counselor at Capital Camps & Retreat Center. Before beginning his career, Kass also completed an internship as a Radio and TV Press Intern at Decca Records.
