Joel Junker is a seasoned Military to Business Transition Coach with over 23 years of experience guiding high-potential Junior Military Officers (JMOs) in their transition to becoming successful business leaders. He serves as a mentor, providing valuable advice and support throughout their professional journey. Joel also excels as a Veteran Recruiting Advisor, collaborating with a wide range of companies, from Fortune 500 corporations to small, rapidly growing businesses, to establish effective JMO recruitment strategies and retention programs.

In addition to his coaching and advising roles, Joel boasts extensive expertise in Client Services and Business Development. Leveraging his background, he excels in pitching and selling company recruiting services, enhancing client satisfaction to drive repeat business, and expanding the client base with new partnerships. His proficiency extends to Marketing, where he spearheads candidate lead generation initiatives and oversees the online and social media presence of his organization to attract top talent.

Education-wise, Joel earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Finance from the University of Notre Dame. He furthered his knowledge by obtaining a Graduate Certificate in Organizational and Leadership Coaching from Northwestern University. Joel has held various pivotal roles within organizations, including Senior Vice President, Partner; Client Services; Manager; Recruiter; and Transition Coach at Cameron-Brooks, Inc. Prior to his career in the business sector, Joel served as an Officer in the US Army, honing invaluable leadership and strategic planning skills.
