Joel Graham

Joel Graham is the dynamic leader of the Conexus Member Experience team, dedicated to crafting a seamless, tailored, and fulfilling journey for customers, drawing on behavioral economics to prioritize their well-being within the business framework. Joel brings to the table a wealth of expertise in business strategy, customer experience, personal finance, education, design thinking, project management, facilitation, and agile methodologies. His accolades include the prestigious 2020 National Young Leader award and a $10,000 scholarship from the Canadian Credit Union Association, as well as the 2019 Member Impact Award from the Saskatchewan Young Leader association. Joel's educational background is rooted in a diverse range of studies, including an Executive MBA from the Hill and Levene Schools of Business at the University of Regina, a Bachelor of Education in Business Education from the same institution, and a BBA in Marketing. Throughout his career journey, Joel has held key roles such as Product Owner - Member Experience at Conexus Credit Union, Financial Wellness Manager, Project Manager, and High School Personal Finance Teacher, among others. He has also been actively involved in various organizations, from serving on the National Young Leader Committee to being a Vice President on the Board of Directors at the University of Regina Alumni association.
