In 2014, he co-founded Red Door Studios, a niche marketing agency that specializes in SEO, content development, and conversion rate optimization for addiction and mental health treatment facilities.

With a background in B.B.A, Management & Economics from the University of Toronto, Joel Duncan brings a strong educational foundation to his work. Prior to his current endeavors, Joel Duncan honed his skills in various positions, including as a Photographer at Joel Duncan Photography and as a Marketing Manager at Rogers Wireless.
