Joel Duke is a seasoned professional with a strong educational background in Public Administration, Urban Planning, and Political Science. He obtained a Master's degree in Public Administration and Urban Planning from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Jacksonville State University.

Joel Duke has held significant roles in various esteemed organizations. Currently, he serves as the Assistant County Administrator and Chief Development Officer at Aiken County Government. Prior to this position, he was the Planning and Development Director at Aiken County Government, where he made valuable contributions. Before joining Aiken County Government, Joel held the position of Planning Director at the City of Prattville and also worked as a Planner II at the Central Alabama Regional Planning and Development Commission.
